The
purpose of Bodyworks is to help you find calm in body
and mind through yoga and massage. In facing the challenges
of our daily demands, we often live in a divided state.
We are in one place and the mind is in another. This
division leads to conflict in the mind and tension
in the body. The result is often disharmony and stress.
Regular
yoga and massage relieves physical tension, allows
release, and re-balances body and mind. Energy can
be used more efficiently since it is no longer wasted
in internal conflict. In balancing body and mind through
yoga and massage, we experience renewed energy and
inner calm.
